The Renovation

We fell in love with the charm of our 1930’s bungalow, but with the charm comes 80 years worth of wear and tear, drafty windows and poor insulation.  Among the items on our lofty To Do list are replacing the water lines, re-wiring most of the house, adding insulation and, the biggie, an expansion of nearly 800 square feet to include a new master suite and 2nd level bonus room.  The permit process is long and full of red tape, we hope to be underway on our renovation by Spring 2012.
